theSWAGspot is a community of conversations for men by men. It ‘s about who they are, lessons they’ve learnt, lessons to share: on love, power, forgiveness, hurt, anger, fatherhood, trauma, change, being and becoming a man via letters, images, notes. Men write letters to their younger selves, sharing advice they wish had been told to them now they ‘re older and have the benefit of hindsight. Young men share letters or notes about a challenge they’re facing. Who are you because of how you were loved? What lessons did you learn? What have you had to unlearn? What hurt, what helped? How have you changed? What do you struggle with? What would you share?
